Accessibility Statement
What we have done to make this site usable by everyone, what we know is still imperfect, and how to tell us.
Our aim is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are not claiming to have reached it everywhere. This page says what we have done, what we know is not right yet, and how to get something fixed.
If any part of this site stops you doing something, email cory@mediamorpheus.co. We reply within one business day and will get you the information or complete the transaction another way while we fix it.
1. The standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act in most guidance and enforcement.
2. What we have done
- Every page has a skip-to-content link and a single main landmark, so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass the navigation.
- All form fields have programmatic labels. Nothing relies on placeholder text alone.
- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element, so keyboard users can see where they are.
- Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Animation respects the reduced-motion setting. The scrolling banner, reveals and rotating elements stop entirely if your system asks them to.
- The rate card is a real table structure with headers, not a grid of styled text.
- The site works without JavaScript for reading and for submitting the contact form.
- Colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
3. What we know is not perfect
Being specific here is more useful than a blanket claim of compliance.
- The rate card is large. It holds over 1,600 rows. Screen reader users should use the filters to narrow it before reading, and we know a very long table is tiring to navigate. If you would rather we sent you a shortlist by email, ask and we will.
- Third-party pages. Payment runs on Stripe and scheduling on Calendly. Those are their interfaces, not ours, and we do not control their accessibility.
- Embedded media. Some pages embed video hosted elsewhere. Captions on those are the responsibility of whoever published them.
- Automated testing has limits. Our own checks catch roughly a third of the WCAG criteria. The rest needs human testing, which we have not completed.
4. Tell us and we will fix it
This is the part that matters most. If something here does not work for you:
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you use assistive technology, naming it helps us reproduce the problem. We acknowledge within one business day, and we will tell you when a fix will land rather than leaving you waiting.
While anything is being fixed, we will complete the same task with you directly by email or phone. Nobody should be blocked from buying or from getting information because of a problem on our side.
5. How we test
We run automated accessibility checks on every release and fix what they surface. We also check keyboard navigation and reduced-motion behaviour by hand. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit, and we will say so on this page when we do.
6. Ongoing
Accessibility is not a one-time task. New pages and features get checked before release, and reported issues are treated as defects rather than requests. This page is updated when something material changes.
