Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to get it removed.
The short version. We collect what you send us in a form and what Stripe records when you pay. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell your data, and we do not build profiles for anyone else.
1. What we collect
When you fill in a form
Name, email, phone, company, and whatever you write in the fields. On the request form we also record which page you came from, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the URL, so we know which outreach is working.
When you complete a questionnaire
Your professional biography, links, availability, and the substance of what you want published. Podcast and editorial questionnaires include a headshot upload.
When you pay
Stripe collects and processes your payment. We never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email, billing country, the amount, and the company name and website you enter at checkout.
In your browser
If you build a shortlist on the rate card, it lives in the page until you leave. If you buy something, your browser stores the order reference so the orders page can list it. That is stored on your device, not on our servers, and clearing your browser data removes it.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers on this site.
2. Why we collect it
- To reply to you and to quote work.
- To write and place the coverage you paid for. Questionnaire answers exist for this purpose and are used for it.
- To take payment and keep records we are required to keep.
- To tell you what is happening with your order.
3. Who else sees it
We use these services, and your information passes through them:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Netlify — hosting and form capture.
- Google — questionnaire responses are stored in Google Sheets and uploaded headshots in Google Drive.
- Adobe Fonts — serves the typeface used on this site.
- Calendly — if you book a call.
Publications and podcast producers. To pitch you, we send your biography, headshot, links and topics to editors and producers. That is the service. If there is anything in your questionnaire you do not want shared, tell us and we will leave it out.
Headshots you upload are stored with link-based access so producers can open them. Treat an uploaded headshot as material intended for publication.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to two years, then deleted on request. Client records and published work: kept as an ongoing record of what we delivered. Payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
5. Your choices
Email cory@mediamorpheus.co to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days.
Deletion has limits. We cannot unpublish an article an outlet has already run, and we keep the payment records we are legally required to keep. Everything else can go.
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honour those requests regardless of where you are.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment details never touch our systems. Questionnaire data sits in Google accounts we control, and access to those is limited.
No system is perfectly secure. If something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
7. Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
Updates are reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
