Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Media Morpheus LLC when you buy or use anything on this site.
1. Who we are
Media Morpheus LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Media Morpheus LLC, and "you" means the person or organisation buying or using our services.
By purchasing from this site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
Publication placements, podcast and broadcast bookings, and authority services covering entity data, structured markup, executive content and reputation work. Prices, inclusions and turnarounds are as listed on this site at the time you buy.
Every price includes the writing and one round of edits unless stated otherwise.
3. What we do not promise
This section matters more than any other. Read it before you buy.
- Outlets keep editorial control. We place work with third-party publications. Any outlet can decline a piece, edit it, schedule it as it sees fit, or remove it later. We do not own or control them.
- Search and AI results are not guaranteed. We cannot promise a Knowledge Panel, a ranking position, that an AI system will describe you a particular way, or that any result we achieve will persist. Google, OpenAI and others change their systems without notice.
- Coverage is not a business outcome. We do not promise leads, revenue, followers or valuation effects.
- Metrics move. Domain Authority, Domain Rating, traffic figures and turnaround estimates shown on the rate card are supplied by third parties and are accurate as of publication. They change.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Fixed-price packages and bundles are payable in advance. Plans above $10,000 are invoiced rather than charged by card.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you.
5. What we need from you
Every engagement begins with a questionnaire. Nothing starts until it arrives. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, and for holding the rights to any material you supply, including headshots, logos, quotes and data.
You confirm that claims you ask us to publish are true and that you can substantiate them. We may decline to write or place anything we believe to be inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful.
If you do not respond to approval requests, campaigns stall. Where an engagement is inactive for 90 days for reasons outside our control, we may close it as delivered to the extent work was performed.
6. Approvals
You approve drafts before submission and bookings before confirmation. Approval is final for that item. One round of edits is included; further rounds are at our discretion.
7. Sponsored labelling
Some outlets label paid placements as sponsored or partnered, and some do not. We tell you which applies to each outlet before you buy. That labelling is the outlet's decision and may change under their policy.
8. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the material you supply. Once a placement is paid for and published, you may use and share the published piece. The outlet retains whatever rights its own terms specify. Our internal templates, processes, and the rate card itself remain ours.
You grant us permission to name you as a client and to reference published coverage in our own marketing, unless you tell us in writing that you would rather we did not.
9. Refunds
Covered in full by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities or reputational harm.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Confidentiality
We treat unpublished information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement. Once material is published, it is public by definition.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your engagement is the one published when you paid. Material changes will be noted by the effective date at the top of this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Butler County, Pennsylvania.
